Buck’s is a fine dining room in the historic Mayflower building in Old Louisville, with flower arrangements throughout the dining room and live piano every night. It is on the Urban Bourbon Trail and lists more than 50 bourbons behind the bar.
The prosciutto wrapped lamb rack, cast iron seared with rosemary and served with shrimp over saffron mashed potatoes.
Dinner runs until 10 on Friday and Saturday and the room is closed Sundays, so book a festival-weekend table for Friday or Saturday. Lunch is weekdays, 11 to 2.
