Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Webiske LLC / 502 Restaurants and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
The giveaway runs on a monthly cycle. Entries reset at the start of each calendar month, and one winner is drawn from that month’s eligible entries after the month closes.
All three methods below are equally valid and carry the same chance of winning. You do not need to do more than one.
Limit one entry per person per method per month.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received that month.
One (1) gift card, approximate retail value $25, to a Louisville restaurant selected by Sponsor and announced in that month’s newsletter issue and on this page. When the prize restaurant is a current 502 Restaurants / Webiske advertising partner, that connection will be disclosed in the issue and here: “This month’s gift card is provided by [Restaurant], a 502 Restaurants advertising partner — sponsorship never influences our coverage.”
One winner is chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries after each monthly entry period closes. The winner is notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected in the same manner.
By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s first name and city/state (not full name, photo, or exact address) for promotional purposes related to this giveaway, without additional compensation.
This prize is well under the $600 federal 1099-MISC reporting threshold; no tax form will be issued at this prize value.
